Permitted use
You may create original branding, authorized client work, internal concepts, prototypes and lawful marketing pages. You may adapt and reprompt your own projects without artificial output limits imposed by this policy.
Prohibited use
Do not use BrandForge to impersonate others, infringe intellectual property, distribute malware, facilitate fraud, mislead users, evade platform safeguards or create unlawful, abusive or discriminatory material.
Client responsibility
If you work for clients, confirm that you have authority to use their names, logos, images, data and other materials. Generated output does not grant rights to third-party assets.
Enforcement
We may restrict access or remove content when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, third parties or legal compliance.
